The location is handy, with gyms, coffee shops, and most things you might need close by. Breakfast was surprisingly good, and I slept really well in the comfortable bed. The staff were friendly across the board, including the security guards, who greeted us warmly and helped with our luggage. I stayed here one week after it opened, and for such a new hotel they’re already doing a lot right. It’s one of the nicest places in the area. I was happy enough to come back twice.

We asked to keep our food in the freezer overnight, and the staff kindly let us. Earlier, they’d brought us an iron soon after we requested one, and they also had prayer clothes I could borrow when I realized I’d forgotten mine. I felt like we might have been a bit annoying, but everyone was kind and accommodating. Really grateful for the help, and sorry if we were a nuisance. Thanks for the lovely service.

The hotel itself is lovely and the staff are great, but prayers are broadcast over loudspeakers every four hours, including at night. I couldn’t sleep and left feeling exhausted.

It’s a fairly new hotel. The upstairs rooms have a nice view, but avoid the deluxe rooms if you need a refrigerator, since they don’t have one.

Great atmosphere, especially while the place is still new, and the hospitality from customer service, particularly miss Trisna, was lovely. You should visit this area.
