The location worked well for visiting the night market, though Gianyar felt pretty boring to me, with not much to do. We missed the waterfall because of all the rain, even though it was July. Check-in is at 2pm and checkout is before noon. According to the policy at the desk, arriving early or leaving late costs an extra 30% to 50% of the usual price. The room had a bedside light, TV, AC, closet, clothes hanger, and free wifi. There’s also a pool and eating area, but the room isn’t soundproof, and they don’t offer scooter rental or laundry service. The bedsheet and blanket smelled, and there was a blood stain. I got itchy before I noticed it, then asked for a change and they gave us a new set.

The public areas were clean, but the room, bathroom, and sheets smelled bad. On my first night I found lots of hairs under the blanket. They offered to move me, but the new room had the same problems. Cleanliness and hygiene need attention.

It was cheap, but I’d pay a little more somewhere else for a cleaner place. The room smelled and didn’t feel clean, and I suspected the sheets hadn’t just been washed. I woke up itchy, maybe from bed bugs. The air con didn’t work at first, though the front desk guy fixed it quickly.

The staff were really nice and helpful, and the location was great, with waterfalls like Kanto lampo nearby. The room was good for the price, about what I expected. The bathroom wasn’t especially clean, but it was okay.
