The two young men running the accommodation were wonderful, and the service was attentive. They even helped us charge our bike every day, and gave us a map with suggestions for restaurants, snorkeling, and sunset spots. The accommodation is farther from restaurants and other places than some, but you can rent push bikes there. The pool is great.

We stayed three nights in villa 1 and had no problems, despite feeling a little unsure after reading the reviews. It was a quiet part of the island, about a 5-minute bike ride from town, which suited us as a couple. It’s close enough to the main streets but away from the bustle. The room and pool were clean, the pool was a perfect temperature, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They arranged bikes and a ride to the port for checkout, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was simple and tasty. There’s always room to improve, but we felt the staff were doing their best with the facilities they had, and we have no real complaints. This place was disgusting. I hope this review keeps someone from making the same mistake I did. I should have paid more attention to the feedback here. They took payment for the whole week in advance and wouldn’t return it when I asked. The sheets and plumbing were dirty, and the roof leaked onto the sofa. The manager wouldn’t meet me partway because the money had already been taken. The place is far from the port and hard to find. I walked with my bags into a yard where local residents live, slipping in the mud in the dark as I tried to find the entrance. I had to contact the villa to ask them to find me. Nobody came for 20 minutes, so I figured it out myself. When I finally reached reception, the employee had gone to look for me and got lost. I’m adding this part in response to the owner’s comment, and will attach a screenshot if it gets deleted. I’m also adding the rude correspondence with my husband, who was helping resolve the problem. My “impatience” had nothing to do with the quality of the accommodation or your irritated behavior. I have the right to pay for one night and refuse your services for the remaining days. If you don’t like that, it doesn’t give you the right to insult me or be rude in messages with my husband. Keep your dignity, or you’ll have problems with every guest. Read the reviews and take action. Your home isn’t worth 1,000,000. I feel deceived, and that’s why I don’t want anyone to stay here. Be careful not to ruin your vacation by ending up here.
