On my second visit I tried several treatments in one session. The two-hour massage was lovely, and I’ve never been disappointed by a massage here. The simple organic body scrub also left a beautiful result. The waxing felt more like sugaring, which I prefer. The therapist could use a bit more basic knowledge, but she listened to feedback and did the job well. The facial cleansing wasn’t satisfying. Since I was wearing sunscreen, the beautician should have started with a face cleanser or micellar water before washing my face. I’d also suggest fresh aloe peeled on the spot, because the smell of the pre-peeled kind can be pretty unpleasant. It’d be great if they offered a package and discount for girls on their last day trip.

I went to this calming, beautiful spa twice while staying on Gili Air. The first visit was for the monthly favorite, a Balinese massage with a facial, hair mask and head massage. It was wonderfully relaxing and just what my body needed. The massage was very good for the price, and being able to shower afterward was a nice extra. I came back for a pedicure, which was done professionally. You lie on your back for it instead of sitting in a chair, making it especially relaxing, and I was even surprised with a head massage halfway through. I wish I’d known to wear shorts rather than a dress while lying down. Really good experience. I definitely recommend booking a treatment if you feel like treating yourself! 💆‍♀️✨

I’m a massage therapist, and this was easily the best deep tissue massage of my life. I could only find space for a 30-minute back treatment that day, so make sure to book ahead. The atmosphere and the masseuse’s technique were top notch. It was amazing, and worth the extra money. You just have to go.

Nia gave me a deeply caring massage, checking in often to make sure I was comfortable. At the end, a warm shower in the same room let me rinse off right there, which was a first for me and made the whole treatment feel complete. I left with a pot of hot ginger tea and honey. Slow Flow is on a quiet street, away from the busy surroundings, and the calming atmosphere hit me as soon as I walked in. The welcoming decor has lovely grounding stone details. Nia greeted me with a cool towel and refreshing aloe drink, then led me to a cute, breezy room. A warm foot bath helped me settle into the experience. Everything felt thoughtful and soothing, and the whole visit was deeply nourishing. ✨
