Jack from frii was incredible. We lost our forex card at the beach, and he did everything he could to find it, and got it back for us. When my friend was hurt, he also helped by providing medical care. Thanks, Jack! Love from india 😊 The rooms were amazing, and the staff were so nice and helpful. Best resort in whole gili t, and some of the best staff I’ve ever come across.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, especially Aya. She was polite, attentive, and took really good care of us. The property is nicely built, but it was undergoing maintenance until March, so it wasn’t in the best condition. I think it’ll look beautiful once the work is done.

The lobby and main areas have a nice design, and the hotel is on the sunset side of the island. Breakfast was standard, just okay. The staff were all kind and accommodating, so I can’t blame them for the issues. Water was the big problem. We stayed in two different rooms and had to keep asking for repairs. In the Villa Room there was no hot water, which was shocking for an upgraded room. They also didn’t provide hand soap, shampoo, or towels. For a 4 star hotel, I expected basic toiletries and hygiene items. I only booked because it was last minute and the whole island was packed. We paid 4 million IDR for 2 days, and it absolutely wasn’t worth it. Stay somewhere else if you can. If you have no other options, it’s okay.

The bathroom was wonderful, and there’s a lovely beach right in front of the hotel spot. We were close to everything, and the buffet breakfast had good choices. I was worried at first when I saw the club next door playing loud music, but the rooms are set far enough back that you can barely hear it.
