The massages were heavenly, and breakfast had a wide range of choices. The staff are really nice, and the rooms are great too. We’ve really enjoyed our stay here.

The pool view from our room was beautiful, and the rooms had everything we needed. The beach and centre are about a five-minute walk away. The staff were awesome, especially Armand, who was very helpful.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable, and the rooms were cleaned every day. I also liked having snacks and drinks in the minibar. The pool was lovely for unwinding, with plants all around and meditation music playing through the day. When it rained, the kind staff gave me an umbrella so I could go get food. It’s a good location, no more than a three-minute walk from the beach. The staff welcomed me with a cold towel and complimentary drink, and were helpful with everything, from telling me the best time and place to snorkel and see turtles to explaining where to catch boats to other islands. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for Gili T.

The service folks are the sweetest, but this place is overpriced and the service itself was terrible. There were termites all over the bed, a serious problem, and there was no water in the shower. In the sweltering heat of Gilli T, I went into the bathroom to shower and found no water. It was shocking and made me feel completely scammed. This place needs heavy capital expenditure and is screaming for help. My entire Gilli T experience was scarred by this stay. I also saw receptionists begging guests for 10 stars or a rating, and it’s sad that guests are fooled about the water issues. I think people should ditch booking.com reviews and follow what’s on Google.
