I’ve returned to Voodoo Gili for a second visit and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The staff are friendly and helped us with laundry, bike hire, and activities. The restaurant is great, and they kindly made me a GF omelette every morning because I have celiac disease. The rooms are clean, well air conditioned, and have well kept ensuite bathrooms. The pool is warm and well maintained, with a swim up bar. It’s a good spot for exploring both sides of the island, and it’s quiet at night, away from the busy clubs. We met the owner Ryan, a UK expat living in Australia with his wife and young family. He really goes above and beyond for staff and guests. Can’t wait to come back!

The staff were incredibly kind and did so much to make me feel welcome. Savio deserves a big shoutout for all his help during my stay. The breakfast was delicious, and they provide drinking water too. I loved the atmosphere at Vodoo, especially the beautiful balconies for relaxing and the fantastic pool area. It’s in a great central location, and I’ll definitely be back.

The pool was a lovely place to unwind, and the location worked perfectly for me. The food was delicious, the rooms were spotless, and the service was top-notch. Everything was exceptionally high quality. I’m already planning another visit and can’t wait to return! 5/5 stars! 😊👍

The staff welcomed me right away and were keen to help with anything I needed. I only stayed one night and wish I’d booked longer. The resort is well maintained, with a carefully looked after garden. The flowers and plants around the wooden huts really make it feel like a holiday. Breakfast was an omelette with bacon, which cost extra, and toast. It was filling and set me up for the day.
