I stayed for three days and have no real complaints about the hotel, even though there was no hot water. The rooms were clean and everyone was lovely. The jungle is so close that you can walk around the hotel and see monkeys. I loved the simple, cozy feel at rindu alam. It made me want to stay longer.

The room was basic, and there’s no warm water in the shower. The garden around it is nice, and breakfast was fine.

I didn't expect much from this hotel at first, but the service turned out to be really warm and nice. Even when it was busy, the workers kept smiling and made sure the hall stayed clean. My room, number 101, was spacious and clean, and the AC, TV, and fan all worked. The water was yellow at first, then cleared up.

The location is great, close to the river for swimming and not far from the town center with its cafes and shops. It’s also very close to the National Park, where you can see the Orang Utans. The shower has a hot-water switch, but the water isn’t actually hot. I think that’s okay since it’s usually very warm there.

There are some mystical stories about this place, but honestly they don’t bother me. The rooms are huge, with enough space for a family. The outdoor views are great, and they can arrange outdoor activities like rafting, tubing, hiking, outbound, and more. Loved it.
