Kana Family Residence by OYO Rooms

I booked through an online travel app, but the room I got didn't look like the photos. They offered an upgrade for 250K rupiah a night. I paid for two nights, but checked out anyway and lost the money because the room was so uncomfortable. The floor was dirty and wet, with a bucket under the constantly leaking, noisy AC and another under the ceiling. The bedsheets were dirty, and the room was humid, maybe because the bathroom exhaust fan was broken. Some lights didn't work, so it was gloomy. The TV and AC remotes didn't function, and I had to use my phone as a remote. I'd read earlier reviews and assumed these problems hadn't been fixed for a long time.
