We couldn't stay in the rooms they offered. First they suggested one that was disgusting, then another that was even worse, so we had to leave and book a different hotel at 10 at night. Before that, we waited for an hour and a half without an explanation. No one spoke English, they had no idea we were arriving, and they hadn't prepared our room, so the tower it was in was full. The treatment was completely unprofessional, unacceptable, and scandalous. Don't go there if you want a relaxing night in Jakarta before or after a flight.

The service was abusive and very unfriendly to customers. I'll never book here again!

At night the lights go out, and the location is complicated. The parking area for motorcycle taxis and couriers is narrow, and the luggage storage is far from the parking lot. Management isn't cooperative. No wonder the apartment is so quiet.
