The pool is a real highlight, and there are a few good restaurants close by. The complex has four buildings, each 30 floors tall. The front tower is a hotel mixed with owner apartments, and the apartments range from one to three bedrooms, about 30 to 77 square meters. The building is nearly 30 years old and starting to show its age, though the hotel apartments tend to be in the best condition. Property values have fallen over the past few years.
Nice apartment, and security is good. The car parking is much tidier than at other apartments in North Jakarta.
A great spot with two retail stores, the well-known cafe "janji jiwa", the hidden-gem cafe "kopiloh", plus a laundry, vegetable shop, and other places.
Home sweet home, it's mine.
The surroundings are really nice. The elevator programming is bad, though.
