The materials and service feel one-star, despite prices like a five-star place. The developer is terrible. It’s an ugly apartment with poor maintenance and no soundproofing. Even in the gym, two of the three AC units are broken. Lots of units are now rented by the day, and people with unknown identities are constantly moving in and out.
The service and facilities are a mess. If you’ve never been here, it’s better not to come.
Good for a family trip, with a full set of facilities. There’s a gym, a pool, and a playground.
All the areas are air-conditioned, and the apartment is modern. The surrounding area is okay too. If you’re looking for an apartment, just come here. PERFECTTTTT 👍👍👍👍
Please park properly. I was charged a parking fee before I’d even been there for five minutes.
