I booked and paid in full for 8 nights, but checked out after the first night. I didn't even ask for a refund because I didn't want to spend any more time around there. This was the worst property I've stayed at. The reception asked for extra money, saying there were changes between agoda and the owner that hadn't been updated in the agoda system. I think that's an issue between the owner and agoda, not the guest. There's no property sign, and the surrounding area is very dirty. I stayed in room 105. When I walked in, it felt more like a storage room, or maybe a morgue. The vibe was so creepy I couldn't sleep and decided to leave. The bathroom was even worse, with a broken roof, and the room smelled damp. I don't know why the owner still rents this room out. We're traveling on a budget, sure, but the room should at least be comfortable. Please maintain your reception and be honest with the room photos posted on OTA.

The room was okay for me, the service was good, and the air conditioning worked well and got cold. Parking is a bit narrow if you come by car, but the management team will help park it. Be aware that room prices have been marked up since early 2024. I booked online through Tr4v3l0k4 for Rp146,000, but the price should have been Rp175,000, so I had to add Rp29,000 at check-in. They said they'd proposed the increase to Tr4v3l0k4 a long time ago, but it hadn't been updated. Check-in is at 14:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM. Early check-in costs extra. I arrived one hour early and had to pay Rp50,000.

Not comfortable, and I wouldn't recommend it. The prices in the application don't match, and they told me to pay again. The photo is different from what it's actually like. Worst residence, be careful.

Scammers. I booked through the agoda App, but when I got to the hotel they wouldn't let me check in unless I paid 60% more.
