If zero or negative stars were possible, I'd give this agent a negative rating. The unit I rented was rotten and smelly, with a mattress full of musty mites. Many appliances and lights didn't work, all the doors were broken, the walls were cracked, and the cupboards were old and shabby. The agent promised repairs but didn't do them before guests checked out. I read reviews here saying many guests had their deposits taken too. Look for halal money, okay? One unit rented by this agent was also behind on electricity and water bills by almost 14 million rupiah, even though the tenant always paid on time. God knows where that money went. One of the agents, Monika, was rude and insolent, and intruded on the tenant's family privacy. I don't want to deal with this agent again, especially the rude marketing person, Monika.
