The hotel is easy to find on the map, and the room and bathroom were clean enough once I checked in. But the public restroom in the lobby was very dirty. I arrived early and tried to call about an early check-in, but couldn't find any contact details online. At the reception, they said the rooms were full, so I waited in the lobby for at least two hours before I could leave my bag and go to Trans Studio Cibubur. My friend and I were exhausted, so the hot water being off wasn't a big problem. We went to sleep without checking under the blanket. In the morning, I was shocked to find lots of marks and blood on the bedsheet. How bad.

We were first offered a room on the second floor, but it reeked of smoke, so we switched to the ground floor. That room had no desk or bedside table. We had to ask for towels and a mat because, as they said, the laundry is always late. For a good night's sleep, don't stay here. From 3 am, you can clearly hear neighbors talking in the corridor, people opening and slamming doors, and banging from the floor above. The AC also makes a loud knocking noise every 30 minutes.

For the price, it was usable for a quick nap or a few hours. The room was fairly neat, though old, with signs of repairs and renewal. There was no hot shower, the door knob and lock were broken, the floor leaked, and the wardrobe looked crushed in some rooms, but it was still usable.
