For the price, the facilities are about right, and the building is still fairly new. The room, pillows, and covers were clean. Check-in was quick and simple, though there was a Rp. 50,000 security deposit. The bathroom water pooled a little, but drained by itself. There was just one towel, and I had to ask for it. The staff were friendly, though they weren't on standby all the time. Wi-Fi cut out in the morning, and if you arrive too late, the gate is locked. Since it's by the river, there's a bit of an unpleasant smell, but you get used to it. Hehe. Yesterday, another guest was kind of tacky and attention-seeking, making noise and running around the hallway by the rooms. Maybe they hadn't read the Airy rules, which are there for everyone's comfort. Thank you.

The receptionist was friendly, and check-in was easy and quick even though I arrived late. The location is handy, close enough to Gambir/Senen Station for a temporary stopover. I got an Airy promo yesterday for less than 100,000 Rupiah, and the price was affordable. The standard Airy amenities included a toilet, one towel, fully cool AC, working hot water, and a TV with several local channels. I was given a room on the ground floor. At the end of the road by the entrance, there's a shop selling Indomie noodles and jam-packed toast, which was tasty and inexpensive.

The TV picture is unclear, but everything else was fine. Yesterday, there was a water problem and we had to move. They took responsibility and transferred me to the nearest Airy, so that was okay.
