Food was easy to find, with a restaurant in the lobby and another on the terrace. Breakfast was pretty good, and I could pick nasi kuning or nasi pecel. The cable TV and fast Wi-Fi were good points, but the room itself wasn’t comfortable. It needs refurbishing, as does the bathroom. The walls were covered in damp marks, and the hot water didn’t work.

I booked on booking.com because the walk-in rate was almost twice the online price. After I checked in, got my key, and put my luggage in the room, the front desk guy knocked and said the booking was a mistake. He told me I’d have to pay extra or move to a smaller room. This all happened when they knew I was an Arabic guest!!! I left right away, cancelled the booking, filed a report, and left a one-star review.

The room is small and the AC doesn’t work that well, but I love its colorful look ❤😍. Free snacks and water too!!! It’s not bad overall.
6/10
The staff were friendly, and I had a good experience here. Breakfast food was nice too. The place could use more cleaning and better furniture, though.
8/10
The staff were hospitable, and the hotel is comfortable enough to stay in. A great budget option.
