Airy Kebayoran Lama Seha 6 Jakarta

I stayed here for a year, and it's a great place for travelers to live or stay. There are hotel rooms as well as rooms for monthly rent, all at affordable prices with good facilities. The parking area is large, the staff are friendly, and they cleaned my room once a week. There's a coin-operated laundry machine too, plus a cafe where you can hang out and eat very cheaply. Great quality for a low price.

I was really happy with this place. The room was neat and clean, and the itinerary was complete except for slippers. It was easy to find, and there was cheap food and drink available. For other options, you can walk around the area, which has lots of street food and affordable diners. The shower had both hot and cold water, the cable TV worked, and the Wi-Fi was good and fairly balanced. There was also a desk and chair with a power socket nearby, a water heater for drinks, and the usual hotel room facilities. For the price, I was completely satisfied, especially given the location in Kebayoran Lama, which is quite a hot spot.

This is a shared stay, and the room they showed us was awful. It was tucked in a corner on the second floor, with a broken elevator. The place looked like a flop house, with five or six people in a single or double room. It was far too expensive for what it was, and nowhere near worth the price. It's far from everything, and walking around the area felt unsafe.

I was worried at first the place might be "zonk," but it turned out way better than that. The price is very affordable for a hotel in the middle of the city. The room was clean and big, with a sofa, TV, and a little kitchen. Really nice!
