All Seasons Jakarta Thamrin

The restaurant has a wonderful view, and both dinner and breakfast were great. The location is hard to beat for catching either the airport train or the high-speed train to Bandung. We stayed twice on our trip and came back because the first visit was so good. Great service and a good price, highly recommended.

I've always loved staying at All Seasons Thamrin, so this first disappointing visit was a letdown. I tried one of the newer rooms for 3D2N, and the layout made the room cramped, blocking access to the chair and desk. The old room layout worked much better, with the desk and refrigerator placed well, and the sockets conveniently located by the desk and near the TV, including a Type G socket. In the new room, the fridge cabinet gets in the way of the chair and desk, and those socket placements are gone. The upgraded TV and closed toilet are the only improvements I noticed. Cleanliness had slipped too. I found used fake lashes on the floor right after checking in, and housekeeping left them there the next morning. There was hair on the pillowcase, which was worn and had holes in the corners. The bath towels smelled musty, and I wasn't comfortable using them. I asked for an iron on both nights and got the same leaky one each time. On the first night, the ironing board was in very poor condition. The second night, I was told there were no boards left. The room was too cramped to move the table to the socket and use it as a board, and the socket and iron were too far away to iron on the bed.

Getting to the restaurant is convenient, with direct access to the airport rail link and LRT, which helps when I'm traveling to Jakarta from another city for business. I also appreciated having a Muslim prayer room on the same floor as the meeting room. The Skyview Restaurant has a stunning panoramic view of Jakarta from above, and the meal was excellent, with authentic flavors and lovely presentation. A great place for meetings or dinner. I'll be back!

Grand Indonesia is just a five-minute walk away. I had a pleasant weekend stay with friends, and the staff were warm and nice. The rooftop restaurant was a good place to hang out, and the lively surroundings had lots of coffee shops. I'd stay here again next time I'm in Jakarta. How can I contact the hotel? I think I left my belongings there 😔
