The staff were helpful, and the location is very strategic for Blok M's market and the MRT. But parking was difficult because there isn't much space and the traffic gets in the way. Tiny cockroaches were everywhere, and the room had no soundproofing. Motorcycle noise at midnight was SUPER loud and kept us from sleeping. Breakfast was awful. Please put some effort into it.

The service is what made the stay memorable. My GrabFood order accidentally went to the hotel next door, and the staff and security kindly sorted it out and brought the drink over. Such a simple gesture, but I really appreciated it. The location is great and parking was easy. The hotel is a little old, but the rooms are clean and good for the budget. Thank you.

It's in a good area, but there were still 5 queen bed rooms showing as available when I got here, and then it turned out everything was smoking rooms. You should say clearly if a room is for smoking so I don't have to book it. Since it was already nighttime and I was too tired to go somewhere else, I had to stay in a twin bed room. I couldn't cancel because there was no refund. There wasn't a towel either, so we had to ask for one.

This budget hotel is in a very convenient spot, close to the MRT and easy for booking online transport. Check-in and check-out were simple, and I had a pleasant stay. My room wasn't the best, but it was very clean and cozy for a solo trip since I mostly went out exploring and just used it to sleep. I only wish the room had a better view. The key should be upgraded to an automated one instead of the plug-in type. Please also check and maintain the AC quality. Mine worked very well, but the cover was the problem. It wasn't cold when first turned on because the air couldn't get out with the cover closed. I had to duct-tape it open myself so the air could flow 🤣.
