Getting around from here is easy because the location is convenient. The rooms and shared spaces are kept clean, and the staff are friendly and polite. Facilities are basic but fair for the price. A practical budget stay.

The breakfast was a nice surprise since I hadn't realized it came with the room. The food was just okay, though the egg bar was the best part. Staff were friendly, and the location works really well for South Jakarta. Thanks, Amaris Hotel, I'll be back 🙂🙂 I liked how spacious the room was, and it was cold inside. Mine faced the street, so it was pretty noisy, but most of the time I didn't mind. The shower head could use changing because it was moldy, though the hot water worked well.

The bathroom smelled bad, and the bedsheet had lots of marks and was torn. The Wi-Fi wasn't working. When I asked reception, they said the router had a problem and there was no IT staff. This is a local hotel chain with a star rating, but it felt like an OYO.

I stayed in room #201 for four days, and the location was ideal, really close to the mall. Ms.Selma at the front desk tracked down my registration, which was listed under another name, and helped me in a friendly, professional way. Thanks, Ms. Selma! The room was alright, the breakfast had a great selection, and all the staff were attentive and helpful. I'll definitely come back 🥳👏🏼🥳
