Apartemen Taman Anggrek

The units in Towers Azalea and Beech are meant to be the nicer ones, with tubs and washing machines, but getting food or ground transportation there is especially difficult. If you’re not in a corner unit, there may be very little sunlight, which can contribute to mold. There are strong facilities, including a good indoor club house, though other tenants can spoil the experience, particularly in the gym. The builder seems to have missed some practical considerations, and the quality of a stay can vary a lot because many owners put little effort into renting out their units.

The 3rd-floor park is lovely at night, and I regularly have dinner outdoors there with my family. The security staff are helpful, too. When my five-year-old once got lost, they worked together to find my child. Parking is spacious, with three basement levels, and we usually use level 2. My parents have had a three-bedroom unit here since 2019, so I visit often with my children. We enjoy the clean swimming pool, and the club house has lots to use: a gym, indoor pool, sauna, playground, 3 D theatre, karaoke room, billiards, and more. It’s a nice place for families. For food, Mall Taman Anggrek and Central Park Mall are close by. There’s also a traditional market nearby if you’re on a tight budget. I usually get satay, porridge, meatballs, or siomay there for a low price. The location is convenient for Soekarno Hatta International Airport, and we sometimes stay here when we have an early flight. Transjakarta Busway Station is about five minutes away on foot. I’ve had some inconveniences over the years and have complained to management, but they responded. I haven’t had trouble using online taxis or Ojek. I usually give drivers clear pickup or drop-off directions for food and other items. People leaving one-star ratings should consider more than one bad experience.

Taman Anggrek Residences is on a main street, so it’s easy for everyone to get here. The parking area is really wide, too. I love this place, it’s beautiful and wonderful. Thank you, Taman Anggrek Residences. I hope I can visit again someday.

I expected much better hygiene and upkeep after reading so many positive reviews. Apartment 55F smelled unpleasant, wasn’t clean, and cockroaches came out from under the bed. One bathroom was blocked as well. I contacted the host about it, but they didn’t respond properly or take action. They also wouldn’t offer a refund, even though they knew I was staying with young children. I hope this feedback is taken seriously.
