Apartemen Veranda Residence at Puri Kembangan by Aparian

There are lots of restaurants around the hotel, and it’s in a good area. My room was nice and clean, the air conditioner worked well, and the service was good. Breakfast was pretty nice, though I saw some small bugs there, not flies, and that was disturbing. The hotel seems to have only floors 1-3 and 5. The TV never got working. We called a technician, who seemed confused about the Wi-Fi connection to the Android box, and left without fixing it or explaining the issue. Aside from that, it was still a good stay. Really nice place.

The room was very clean and smelled nice, and I loved the breakfast options, which changed every morning. Good service too. There’s a pool and a playground for kids.

The whole place has a nice feel, from Veranda and the lobby to the pool. It’s very clean, and the staff are friendly and easy to approach. There’s a small gym and a library room for working out or reading. Iqbal was especially helpful. Give it a try on your next visit.

The short breakfast window, 06:00 - 09:30, was frustrating. They called my room around 08:30 to ask if I planned to have breakfast, so if you want to sleep in, tell them not to call or the room phone might startle you. The room was clean, the staff were nice, and the design was good, but the toilet only had a rain shower, with no jet or hand shower. It wasn’t the best stay for me.
