The garden is green and well kept, with chairs, a kids' play area, and a jogging track, and the pool is always clean and maintained. The security guards are friendly, and everything is very clean. There are two towers: Tower 1 has a south-facing side and a garden-facing side, while Tower 2 faces north on one side and the garden on the other. My window view keeps surprising me, from sunrises to even more stunning sunsets. Moonlit nights are delightful. It's a great place to live.

I've lived here for years and gotten to know the admins and security guards. The neighbors, Indians, Chinese, Filipinos, and locals, are all friendly, and the surroundings feel peaceful and safe enough for me to sleep well. It's Sunter's oldest apartment, and I think its foundation is sturdier than the newer buildings. It isn't a high-rise, so getting downstairs in an earthquake wouldn't be too difficult. The units are bigger than other apartments in the area, and the price is the cheapest.

The service charge is cheap, and there's a pool plus a shared park for kids to play in. The building has been around for a while, so it is quite old, but with lots of families living here it feels cozy and homey.
