Right in the heart of Kemayoran, this is easily one of the best apartment complexes around. The facilities are complete, and access to Jakarta Pusat and Utara is good.

There are no-smoking signs along the corridor, but cigarette smoke still comes from certain units. I reported it to security guards and nothing happened. Management only works until 5, so after that it’s apparently our problem, and I doubt it’ll get solved. I’ve now complained to management 5 times, and it seems everyone is afraid to even speak to the tenant. Amazing. It looks like people can smoke anywhere around the Mansion complex without any action. Well done!

The main downsides are the lack of parking and convenient stores. Otherwise, it’s a comfortable place to live, with luxurious facilities, professional staff and security, and a restaurant downstairs. Neighbors are usually nice and don’t make much noise.

It’s a busy residential spot among commercial districts, but the lobby is luxurious, the road is spacious, and the living feels private. Pekan Raya Jakarta, the famous International Exhibition Center in Indonesia, is just 5minutes away.

The rooms are bigger than in other apartments, and there’s 24hr security. I love the place, and the apartment is still well maintained.
