This place is dirty, and there’s no repair service for the apartments. They keep taking money for services, 20,000 Rp per meter, but nothing gets cleaned or fixed. I’ve complained every time, and they just lie to me. No one listens when I say the place isn’t good. It’s not suitable, and there are bacteria everywhere.
