The sky garden is a big draw, with space to jog, a pool, and a small gym. The studio is there too, though the gym equipment is quite limited. Getting around is convenient: there's a dedicated parking building with a pretty good ratio, about one space for every four units if I remember right, and it isn't shared with Rosewood apartment. Lobby entry is by card, which feels more secure. Promotions seem to be running most of the time, with lower DP or a fully furnished unit offered free. A 2BR costs less than 1 M. There's also a rumor about a new transjakarta station outside Mediros hospital and a new condo across from Rosewood. The main downside is the river nearby, which has flooded often lately. Up to February 2020 alone, it had happened at least three times that year. When it floods, the power always gets cut for at least 8-9 hours, depending on when the water recedes in nearby areas.

It may be nicely located, but this isn't somewhere I'd choose to rest. On weekends there can be events near the river, like kondangan, dangdutan, pengajian, or senam pagi. The speakers carry through even with the windows shut tight. I'm Muslim myself, and I still can't handle the daily noise from more than 15 mosques around here. I've counted them since I live here. Every single day, including weekend mornings, they have activities on super loud megaphones. If you're not Muslim, be aware of that too.

Getting a taxi or an online cab like gocar or grab is quick and surprisingly efficient. Public transport is plentiful and easy to access, especially busway. KGD Mall is about 5 km away, and JIEP industrial estate is around 5-6 km away too. By car it's roughly 15 minutes if traffic isn't jammed 😀🙄.
