Everyone on staff was kind and helpful, and they accommodated all my requests. Breakfast had enough pastry and fruit choices, with the mains served à la carte. We loved our stay. The room was spacious, tidy, and clean. Thank you!

The only minor drawback was the traffic noise outside, especially in the morning. That’s Jakarta, though, and the windows shut out most of it, so you barely hear anything indoors. On the balcony during a morning cigarette, you’ll notice it more, which may be a good reason to skip the cigarette 😉 At ARTOTEL Casa Hangtuah, the rooms were beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was comfortable and everything felt high quality. I really didn’t expect to be so impressed. I had a great stay and highly recommend it.

We really appreciated being allowed to check in early. The staff were attentive, helpful, and very nice, and breakfast had lots of choices. The location is strategic too.

A cozy, homey place to take a break from Jakarta’s hectic pace. The staff are very helpful, and there’s a nice pool and a small gym. Senayan City and Plaza Senayan are both just 5 minutes away.

The breakfast is simple in a good way, and the food tastes so hommy. Staff are friendly and helpful, and they greet each guest by name, which is amazing. My room was clean and comfortable, with perfect hot water in the shower. A quiet place to get some rest.
