Breakfast was a highlight: you order from an à la carte menu, with a small buffet alongside it. The dishes are made fresh, and you can add more from the buffet. I tried the carbonara, nasi goreng, and big breakfast, and enjoyed all three. The gym was well equipped too, and BART, the rooftop bar, had a lovely skyline view. At night, the LRT lights passing by make the atmosphere especially nice. Artotel Casa Kuningan is easy to get around from, with the LRT close by and a good, accessible neighborhood. The hotel feels homey but stylish, fresh, modern, and youthful. My room was very clean, and I especially liked watching the city and the LRT from the window at night. A comfortable, stylish Jakarta stay with great food and a lively modern feel.

I’ve stayed here several times and have always had a pleasant experience. The rooms are clean, and the food and staff are consistently amazing. Special kudos to frontliner F. Traveloka made the booking issue frustrating. The room I booked through the app didn’t match the hotel’s system, and when I contacted Traveloka, it took a long time to get a decision. They asked me to wait almost an hour. I’m very grateful to Ms. Wela and Mr. Arman, who quickly raised the issue with management and let me rest instead of making me wait in the lobby. Their service was excellent, and I’m very, very satisfied. Good job, Ms. Wela and Mr. Arman, and good work by Artotel for having frontline staff like them. 👏🙏👏👏
