After a 12-hour flight, finding my room decorated with towel animals really made my day. There was a cute monkey hanging in the wardrobe, plus a turtle and maybe a duck on the bed. I felt so honored by the welcome. The service was outstanding from the start. Thanks to Syaeful for telling me about this wonderful hotel, and a big shout-out to Ms. Alifah, kiki, and rizki. I’ll definitely come back! 💕💕💕

The staff were excellent, always kind and pleasant, and the lobby and room were clean and comfortable. The room isn’t very big, but the interior still feels up to date. The bathroom was clean and a standard hotel size. The location is really convenient, close to Sarinah and sabang, with food and transport easy to find and the MRT within walking distance. For business, though, the room only has a small table to work at. I also think the breakfast menu could use a little work.

I booked Ashley Hotel just to sleep well, and that’s exactly what I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and it stayed quiet without distractions, so I could properly rest and recharge. A simple stay can be the best kind of staycation. Good sleep isn’t a luxury, it’s an investment in your energy, focus, and well-being. 🌙💤🤍

The breakfast was fantastic, and I enjoyed it throughout all four nights. The rooms could use a little maintenance, but the staff’s attentiveness made up for a lot. Special thanks to Salman from housekeeping, who arranged to have the floor mopped after my toddler vomited on it. Thanks, Ashley Wahid Hasyim, for a good stay :)

Saskia and Erwan at the front desk were kind, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. They represent the hotel really well. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and inviting, and check-in through check-out went smoothly and professionally. Ashley Wahid Hasyim Jakarta exceeded my expectations. I’d recommend it for business or leisure.
