Astanaraya Suites Hotel

The ambience was pleasant, and the facilities were very good for a 3-star hotel, better than I expected. I appreciated the team’s help with the refund after I booked the wrong date. It was my fault for not reading the policy carefully, and I only meant to offer feedback, so I didn’t expect to get the full amount back. After Agoda and Horison coordinated, they helped me with a full refund, and I’m very grateful for that understanding and excellent service. One suggestion: a “Cancel” button that still charges 100% feels a bit misleading. It might be clearer to simply make cancellation unavailable. I didn’t give a perfect score because check-in took about 20 minutes, although the stated wait was 15 minutes. I arrived around 4 PM. I ordered food at the restaurant while waiting, but it took more than 20 minutes, so I eventually asked for it to be sent to my room. Even with those small issues, the overall stay was quite pleasant. Thanks to the Horison Ciledug Jakarta team, especially for the refund assistance. I wish you success with the rebranding and hope the hotel reaches a 4-star level in the future.

The staff really made the stay, going above and beyond with top-notch service. Breakfast was also very extensive, with lots of choices. The room was clean, functional, and perfectly fine for a city visit. Astanaraya Suites is a solid Jakarta option, with everything well organized and fair for the price.

The staff were warm, kind, and helpful, and the hotel is quite affordable for the facilities it offers. It’s the best hotel in the neighborhood. Breakfast was already more than enough, though I’d be glad to see a wider range of choices.

Staff coordination was very poor during my overnight stay. I had ordered a sahur meal the day before and was told it would be fine. I checked again at 2:00 and added more food, but by 3:20 nothing had arrived, and when it did, the order was incomplete. Having to look for sahur outside in the middle of a flood, with nowhere open, was really difficult. If they had told us in advance that food wasn’t available, we could have ordered earlier.
