The coffee they make as their signature was delicious. I also found the location handy, close to Arkadia and lots of places to eat. Staff were attentive and welcoming the whole time. They took good care of my laundry, and let me leave my belongings there over the weekend, which was really helpful. Room condition can depend on which one you get: some have been refurbished nicely, while others feel dated.

The internet was one of the hardest parts of my five-night stay. Wi-Fi kept failing, even after a technician tried to fix it, so Netflix on the TV buffered constantly and getting work done was difficult. The in-room dining menu's allergen labels also seemed misleading, which could matter to guests with dietary restrictions. I found the stay average overall. Breakfast choices were limited, especially cooked vegetables, and many dishes were too spicy or heavily seasoned with artificial flavors, leaving few lighter options. Room service was often slow, and cleanliness needs work. The bedding around the head area wasn't properly clean. Laundry cost a lot, and some clothes came back damp and scented even though I'd asked for no perfume. There's a foam party for kids every weekend. I hope the hotel takes these issues into account.

The room category was hard to trust. We first booked a Deluxe Room through Agoda, then asked to upgrade to a Premier Room. The first room shown as Premier was dark and felt much like the Deluxe, except for a walk-in storage area. When we raised this, they showed us another Premier that was brighter, more modern and spacious, and clearly felt like an upgrade. Staff still said the rooms were the same category and only differed in layout. That was difficult to accept and left me concerned about inconsistent room standards or unclear descriptions. Reception and in-room dining service were disappointing from the start. We were met with an unwelcoming attitude, and one staff member, Braza or whatever his name was, seemed dismissive and unprofessional. The hospitality felt below what I've encountered at many three-star places. In-room dining prices were ridiculously high, on par with a five-star hotel. I rarely post negative reviews, but the poor service and lack of clarity about the room types deserve attention. I hope management improves staff training and makes room offerings clearer.

I stayed 14 days in room 1027, and the people here made a strong impression. After three days, staff remembered my name and greeted me in passing. Mr. Fendi, who cleaned my room, paid attention to my preferences and kept it tidy. Once, while I was on a call at my desk, he quietly left a water bottle and closed the door softly. A really thoughtful guy. Getting a taxi was immediate, and there was plenty of food to choose from. At one buffet dinner, the chef even cooked something separately to suit my taste. The room was large, a corner room with floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides. The TV had some trouble connecting to the internet, but it wasn't a big deal with monitors and phones around.
