The location is good for nearby government institutions and the price is budget-friendly, but I wouldn’t choose this place again. It was hard to find, there’s no lift, and staff wouldn’t help carry my luggage up to the 3rd floor. The stair carpet was very dusty, and the hallways and room smelled of cigarettes. The bathroom wasn’t clean, the plumbing was broken, and I had to call staff. The sheets were dirty too. When I complained, the receptionist got angry. The whole place felt spooky.

There are plenty of food vendors near the hotel, so finding something to eat isn’t a worry. It’s tucked down a narrow alley and can be tricky to locate, but once inside you don’t realize you’re in such crowded surroundings. The room is a bit narrow, though arranged fairly well aside from the TV placement. The bathroom is spacious, with a fixed shower head and hot water. Towels and shower soap are provided. Overall, it’s quite a good place to stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and the roomy staircase was easy to use even though there's no lift. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the location was great, with an Indomaret and Alphamart only seconds away. It's a really nice place for the price. My room was non-smoking, though there was a balcony on the floor. I'd stay here again.

I stayed here for around six months. The monthly rate was cheap, about 2.5m idr, and the location was good. The guest policy was annoying and some rooms were smoky, though you could avoid that. Even with those issues, it wasn't a bad place to live.
