The lobby is proper, there's a swimming pool, and the room was clean, though not really. When I arrived, the receptionist wasn't there, so I waited almost an hour. The room was meant to be non-smoking, but I could smell smoke. The towel wasn't very clean, the water took a long time to warm up, and the main light was broken. Only worth it for a short stay or if you have an event nearby kemang.

This is my favorite place to stay in the Kemang area. The rooms are large, with a refrigerator, TV, wifi, a king-sized bed that's really comfortable, and an attached table for working on a laptop. The bathrooms and closets are spacious too. If food needs reheating, there's an oven and other kitchen utensils you can use in the kitchen on the 1st floor. The pool is clean and quite big for a budget hotel. It's starting to build a good reputation, so you'll need to reserve early.

Not worth it. It's expensive, there are lots of extra costs, and the electricity is always fluctuating, which means renters have to pay for more power use. The AC in our room leaked and didn't cool properly, and it took a long time to get it handled.

The staff weren't friendly. The room was really dirty and smelly, and the towel smelled REALLY BAD. Paying 310k a night for this was the worst.

The room is spacious and clean, the pool is available, and service is good. It's affordable and easy to get to, so renting a room here feels very worthwhile.
