Basic Look 1 Br At Vittoria Residence Apartment

I stayed at Picasso through the rental service. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and spacious enough for three people. They provided towels and amenities too. Great apartment.

The apartment looks nice from outside and even has a little park. There's an Enak cafe where you can walk around, chat, or meet up, and an Indo Mart nearby.

I stayed two nights at Collection O Vittoria Ressidence. This is just my own experience, with value for money included in my ratings. The room was spacious, which is why I'd give it 7.5/10 overall. Without that, I'd rate it a 6. For somewhere to rest at this price, probably the best around here. I wouldn't choose it for a staycation. My scores: cleanliness 6/10; bed, sheets, and pillows 5/10; bathroom and towel 6/10; room view 4/10; space and atmosphere 7/10; amenities 6/10; Wi-Fi 3/10; pool 8/10; public transport 2/10; nearby shops 7/10; room service and staff 4/10; other apartment facilities 6/10. There are three lifts, but only one can be used by guests. Parking is free. The gym is just so-so, and there's no spa. The water heater worked at first, then stopped after 10-15 minutes. Laundry costs extra, and there's no breakfast option. I've visited twice on different dates. The security guard was pretty rude and arrogant during my first stay, but friendly the second time. Not sure why.

The bedroom's night view was awesome, and I liked its simple design, lighting, and cozy feel. The pool on the 8th floor was good, though it needs proper upkeep, and the gym beside it had very few facilities. We first got just one towel for our double room. Since there was no phone, I went to the OYO front office for another towel and tissue. Reception said they were out of towels, but housekeeping later brought the last one they had. We still never got the tissue. The basic facilities were there. The water boiler hadn't been used in a long time, and the small fridge seemed usable. The furniture felt fragile, so be careful with it. There was a cigarette burn on the sofa even though we'd booked a non-smoking room. At least there was no cigarette smell left.
