Senayan City and Plaza Senayan are enormous, and worth seeing if you're in Jakarta. They're nearby, along with all kinds of malls, so the location is perfect. For a taxi, install Grabcar or Gojek. To avoid the worst traffic jams, travel between 10 - 12 am, 2 - 4 pm or 8pm - 6am. The other periods I didn't mention are peak hours.
