The apartments are comfortable and well maintained, with a good pool and gym. There’s a Lawson, pharmacy, and Pilates I in the building, plus salons and restaurants an easy walk away. Traffic on the street is busy, so crossing takes a little effort, but it’s manageable. One side of the building faces a vacant lot with lots of trash. It doesn’t smell, but the balconies on that side are very unappealing.

The room was cozy, clean, and quite nice, and I could use facilities like the gym and swimming pool. Getting around the building feels secure: you need an access card for the elevator, and the door to the elevator area only opens with a confirmed, valid fingerprint.
The view from the 32nd floor is beautiful. It’s a great place to stay in a strategic location, and I loved the facilities, including the pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, and plenty more.
The south Jakarta location works well if that’s where you want to stay, with everything you need nearby. The units feel modern and comfortable, the facilities are great, and the views are amazing.
