Big and Cozy 2Br + 1 at Somerset Grand Citra Apartment

Thank you, Mba Caca at reception, for being so helpful during our stay. The city view was enjoyable, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and well equipped, with a home-like feel. Somerset Grand Citra Jakarta is comfortable, with complete facilities and excellent service. Its strategic location near major shopping malls and business areas made it convenient for both work and leisure.

The staff made a great impression, especially Mba Caca, Mba Maya, Mba Afri, Mas Pratama and Pak Eka. They were all friendly and helpful. Somerset Grand Citra Jakarta has a strategic location, and the tidy, spacious room made it a good Service Apartment. Thank you to the whole team.

The location is convenient, and breakfast was basic but sufficient for me. I was disappointed by the room quality and service, though. Even the renovated rooms have vintage bathroom facilities, and traffic noise came straight into my room, so the soundproofing is poor. The front office staff seemed trained to get defensive when feedback is raised, so I wouldn’t spend time sharing it. This was my first stay.

I like that it’s an older property, and I’ve stayed here several times over the past years. The location is excellent, the service is good, and the rooms and units are spacious. Recommended.
