The security team is warm and helpful, always greeting people with a smile. They also have a place to leave packages and food deliveries. I’ve found it comfortable living here. It’s a cozy, middle-class apartment in a handy spot near Pondok Indah and Bintaro. There’s a pool, indoor gym, playground, and piano park, a small park where people gather.
We chose this place while my son studies at pertamina University, and we live here now. The environment is good and feels safe, with 24-hour security and secure parking, both indoors and outdoors. It’s still in Jakarta, and online taxis can reach it easily. Nearby there’s an alfamidi and indomaret. There are two towers, lifts, a pool, gym, and sauna. The floors are clean, with a dustbin room on each floor that gets cleaned daily.
It’s in a strategic spot between the toll roads, Alam Sutra, and malls. But staying here means dealing with a lot of effort to get in because traffic is so crowded.

Affordable for a good middle-class apartment. The neighborhood is nice and management seems solid. I hope they keep the facilities just as well maintained.
