The staff were especially kind and helpful to my father, who uses a wheelchair, and always seemed ready to lend a hand with a smile. We booked three rooms for six people and stayed four nights. The hotel's modern decor and comfortable feel made it easy to relax. It's set at an intersection, away from busy shop lots and crowded streets, so it felt less hectic. You can see the Jakarta high street overpass, but the traffic wasn't too busy or full of honking. Shops and markets aren't within walking distance, though room service helped make up for that. We enjoyed the food at Kapoelega restaurant and the breakfast buffet. The menu was quite similar each day, with a few variations. There's also an outdoor lounge for hanging out at night.

The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping did a great job. The people were nice too, so I'd recommend this hotel for a couple's stay. One thing they could improve is the shower floor: water spreads across the whole bathroom, so we had to ask for extra towels to put on the floor each time.

Nice atmosphere and service. Breakfast was good, and they serve lunch too, with Jakarta vibes. Ms. Jeanne and Regita were so kind and helpful, thanks so much 🫶🏻
