The room was too warm, and so were the dining area and the elevator. My room was the only cool spot. The elevator also seems to have something wrong with it all the time, and anyone can get to the hotel floors without a card. I booked for a city view, but the room had just one window. It couldn't be opened and seemed to be held shut with glue or something. Reception said every room of that type had the same window issue when I asked to change rooms. Food was also

The staff were really friendly and the hospitality was excellent. I enjoyed the room, and the location is convenient. There's a swimming pool too, though it's shallow, 120 cm at most, and has strict rules. The hotel used to be part of Best Western and is now BW Hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable enough for a work trip, and breakfast had a nice range of choices. Still, the atmosphere just didn't work for me. The long corridors and lighting felt more like a hospital, especially when walking back late, and the hotel seems outdated and not very warm. I wouldn't choose it for a leisure stay, though it does the job if you need somewhere practical for a short business visit. I was also under the impression BW Kemayoran was part of the Best Western chain. My company booked me for a week, so I didn't think much of it at first. Then I found out it's not Best Western, and the reason for calling it “BW” wasn't clear. That felt a bit misleading.

Good value for the room, and the location is great. It's near JIExpo kemayoran, so it could be a good option if you're visiting an exhibition and need somewhere close. Breakfast had a pretty good variety too.
