Easy to get to and close to malls. Good value for money, though the nearby clubs make it a bit noisy.

The four rooms they showed us all had cockroaches crawling around, including in the bathroom, on the bed and walls, in the cabinets, and even on the glassware. We booked ten nights through booking.com, but decided to cancel and request a refund. I paid the IDR 405.000 cancellation fee and was told the rest would come back in 7-12 working days. Guests deserve a clean room. Reviews about cockroach infestations going back two years suggest the hotel management hasn't planned to get rid of them, and make the reviews feel useless. Indonesia is sadly lacking in hotel cleanliness and hygiene enforcement, which is the job of the Ministry of Health and Jakarta City Health Agency. With infestation at this level and hygiene protocols that don't match Ministry of Health and WHO recommendations, this hotel shouldn't be operating. Lesson learned: always read the newest reviews before booking.

The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, with effective air conditioning. The entertainment setup feels dated, though. TV is traditional cable with a limited channel selection, and some channels have poor signal. WiFi is slow and unreliable, with the signal dropping now and then.

The room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was simple but nice with a city view. I felt relaxed during my stay. It was my first time here, and I was surprised by all the art along the entrance and passageways. A cool touch, and the receptionist was friendly and easy to deal with.
