I only stayed one night after booking through Hostelworld, and it was a really disappointing experience. The staff seemed uninterested and weren't helpful. The place is far from the center, down a quiet side street that felt uncomfortable. They wouldn't give me coffee when I asked, and they also refused when I asked for a towel to shower with. After I left, they canceled my Hostelworld reservation, so I couldn't leave a review there. It felt unprofessional and untrustworthy. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The location is in an Australian area, close to restaurants and the train station, and it feels safe at night. The rooms were clean, and the staff were so, so, so nice and friendly. Many thanks to sulan and Edo for looking after the guests, and to the skilled chef Ade.

The showers are roomy, the rooms are affordable, and the staff are lovely. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Service gets 10/10 from me.

Such a great place. The bed's really comfortable, and I didn't expect a water heater at a 2 star hotel 🫶

We were only there for a night, and it gave the impression of being a social hostel. Before leaving, we had breakfast downstairs and ordered a smoothie bowl. It was basically water, so I wouldn't recommend it.
