The owner or manager personally checked in about the room and offered to address complaints. I appreciated that. For the price, the room seems like reasonable value. There was plenty of light, both natural and from the fixtures, and the decor was decent. The air conditioning kept the temperature comfortable, though there was a patch of mold below it. The bedsheet wasn't obviously dirty, but didn't look quite spotless either. The pillow was very worn and offered little support. The room itself was passable, nothing special. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell, possibly from the drain or water. The seated toilet was unusually small, which could be uncomfortable for some. Amenities were basic: a toothbrush and toothpaste, a bar of hand soap, and a bottle of all-purpose liquid soap. I'd bring my own toiletries.

I've come back several times and have always had a pleasant stay. The location is strategic, the staff are friendly, and the room is clean, nice, and well equipped. There's lots of online food nearby that you can order, even at midnight. There is no lift, so you have to take the stairs, but that's okay. A nice place to stay 🫰🏻

It's okay, and the room, bedsheets, floor, desks, and wardrobe were reasonably clean and comfortable. The problems were the limited running water, especially the hot water, which seemed to work on a timer, and the TV, which kept disconnecting from Wi-Fi and was really annoying. There isn't any parking for guests, only for monthly renters.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the Wi-Fi was really fast. The AC and water heater worked fine too, though the water smelled unpleasant at first. But my room wasn't clean when I arrived. The sheets hadn't been changed and smelled bad, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly.

The building felt brand new, bright, and very clean, with everything in working order. My room was roomy and the bed was comfortable, and the price felt fair. The staff provided great service, and the residential neighborhood was quiet, with Pasar Santa within walking distance. Just bring your own toiletries and tissues. The tap water had a slight unpleasant smell, especially when first turned on. I'd stay here again.
