I liked the roomy bedroom and attentive staff, and there's a kitchen area with drinking water. The location is handy too, close to food stalls and restaurants on Jl.Cikajang, about a six-minute walk from Pasar Santa and Wolter Monginsidi, and within walking distance of Senopati. The bathroom has no ventilation. There was no smell when I arrived, but later that night, with the AC running, a sewage odor came from the bathroom and toilet and spread through the bedroom. I bought air fresheners for both rooms to cover it. Also, the right side of the bed felt firmer than the left, which is beside the working desk. Maybe guests use that side more often because it's nearer the desk. The main door is locked every night from around 9pm, I think. I felt bad ringing the bell to wake the staff to let me in, even though it was only 10 or 11pm. Bring your own shower gel and shampoo, since the supplied amounts aren't enough.

The room was spacious, clean, and well kept, with a SMART TV, towels, drinking water, soap, shampoo, and a toothbrush. There's also a large shared lobby where you can charge devices, work, or relax, plus a kitchen and dispenser. Service was friendly and available around the clock, though you need to ring the bell to get staff to open up after midnight. The price is good, and there are several restaurants nearby. It's a good option for a short stay, in a residential spot in central Jakarta rather than on the main road. If arriving at night, use the side of Jl. Wijaya Timur because the main road is behind a portal then. The TJ stop is about 200m away, with BRT Koridor 13 and a bus stop by the road, and you can go directly to Blok M. I wouldn't recommend that after 10pm, when the street closes. The parking lot is very limited, so I wouldn't bring a car.

I stayed from May 14th to May 17th, 2026, booking through Agoda. The location is close to Blok M, and the price seemed competitive for the facilities. It's a lodging combined with a boarding house, so there's a kitchen and cooking gear guests can borrow, as long as they clean it and put everything back. The TV, AC, shower and water heater, towels, and drinking water were all provided. A few things were frustrating. Google Maps doesn't show the accommodation accurately, which should be corrected for future guests. Parking was tight, and the garage was small, so I had to park outside. My room had no bathroom hangers, leaving me to put towels on the door handle. The checkout arrangement also didn't match the Agoda agreement, which says noon. Staff told me to leave an hour early, but that message came by WhatsApp an hour before check-in rather than being explained when I arrived. An older staff member was unfriendly when I asked for fresh towels and drinking water, both listed as daily amenities in the app. He said they were only provided once, and I showed him the app terms as proof.
