The facilities in the room are complete: a bed with pillows and sheets, wardrobe, work table and chairs, a small storage cabinet or bedside light, TV, and a bathroom with a mirror and sink. I also liked the comfortable kitchen on the 4th floor and the balcony with a table and chairs where I usually relax. There's a TV in the living room too, handy if guests come over and can't be brought into the room. The place is nice to live in. The parking area isn't fenced, but the guard is there 24 hours and even lays out a carpet to sleep on.

At 2 million rupiah a month to start, the price is affordable and the facilities are complete, though the rooms are a bit damp. It's easy to get around, with spacious parking and Cilandak Town Square nearby.
