Citadines Connect Airport Jakarta

This was my fourth stay, and I’d deleted my first review because this time I had such an amazing experience. I booked three rooms for three nights, but construction noise woke me up on the first two mornings. On the second day I’d had enough and went to the front desk. I acted like an ass and spoke rudely to the women there. When I asked for the manager, he understood my concern and recognized me from previous visits. He immediately moved me to a suite and upgraded me for free. I wasn’t asking for that. I travel 300 days a year, so hotels are basically home for me, and the whole team here went above and beyond. For five-star service at a five-star hotel, I couldn’t recommend this place more. The rooms are always spacious and spotless, with super-cold AC, huge, very comfortable beds, and consistently good water pressure. I usually stay in a king room, but this time they upgraded me to a suite.

Breakfast was perfect, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Zako Mubarak was the best coffee maker, and the staff were helpful and very polite. Highly recommend this hotel. I’ll definitely be back.

We left feeling happy and satisfied, and I’ll definitely return and recommend this place to friends and family. The restaurant was clean, cozy, and relaxing. The food was delicious, nicely served, and seemed to use good-quality ingredients. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Abie at reception and Chintya in the restaurant were fabulous, ready to help with any task. Arrival went smoothly, the food was good, and the service was great. The bed was comfortable too, just right for a night before a flight.
