There’s a mall right across from the lobby, only about 30 steps away, plus convenience stores, cafés, and restaurants all around. It’s a one stop place with pretty much everything you need, and works well both for a stay and for living.

Too many BnB tourists, and it gets dirty and noisy at night. The apartment is overcrowded, with only four lifts to serve everyone. Fine for a BnB, but I really wouldn’t choose it for a long term home.

Mall of Indonesia is across the road, and Mall Artha Gading and Mall Kelapa Gading are nearby too. When I lived there for three months around 2017, I sometimes had cockroach problems. Hopefully that’s been sorted out by now. The apartment was basic but fairly comfortable and had the necessities. For cooking there were two gas burners connected to a cylinder and a microwave, but no gas or electric oven.

A convenient place to live in the Kelapa Gading area, with plenty of facilities. It’s also a good quality apartment residence and could be a good investment for anyone looking for property in North Jakarta.
