I lived here for a long time and used to feel comfortable, but the policies have become inhumane. There are a lot of fines, and the price suddenly went up because they were trying to pay TV royalties. I already paid for parking, yet the way they handle parking fees is incredibly rude. Please pay more attention to room cleanliness. The drains should be sprayed, since cockroaches often come out. The Wi-Fi is extremely slow and has no signal, and if you're even half a day late, they shut off the electricity right away. To the owners: please ease up on the rules and make residents feel comfortable. A crowded location that is easy to get in and out of doesn't justify unreasonable policies. There are also lots of girls open for Michat now. I hope the owner and the rules improve in the future. Thank you. If you're thinking of living here, please reconsider.

I'm a former resident. The parking situation was unclear, and even though I paid monthly, people treated me terribly and were rude. Getting my deposit back took a long time. They said it would be returned in a week, but this time it took longer and still nothing came. A lot of the rules weren't clear, and residents' belongings get used for boarding house purposes.

I live here, and the water situation is honestly a problem. Drinking water is always gone when I try to get some or refill it. They say it hasn't been refilled or that it's empty, but I've tried repeatedly and still can't get any. The bathroom water has also run out several times. If the guard says the tank is empty, fine, but it shouldn't be empty every time I want to shower. I pay 25 per month for parking. Please help organize the lot so there's enough room, instead of just telling people they can't park here or there and sending them around. Where are we supposed to park? And please be hospitable to residents. It's important to be friendly if people are expected to stay here. To be clear, the water should not keep running out. It really seems like there's a shortage.
