I checked in around midnight because I just wanted to sleep, but the AC in my room barely worked. It only blew warm air, so the room was too hot. I asked to switch rooms, but the staff said there were no others available and offered no solution. I checked out that same night and left. Maybe this is a cheap place, but it’s still a hotel and guests should be made comfortable. I wondered if they might have cheated me. Find another guest house.

The beds were comfortable, but the bedroom smelled of cigarette smoke. More seriously, we booked through Agoda and were told on arrival that Agoda had canceled it. To get a room, we had to pay almost twice the booked price, so we stayed there. The next day, Agoda emailed asking us to review the guest house, which showed the booking had never been canceled and we should have paid the agreed price. This place really screwed us over, and it seems we’re not the only ones.

This is the third duplicate profile for Guest House Kuningan, and Stay'd Kuningan. My review is over there, but I’m adding a few pictures here too so people can see what it’s like.

Comfortable and clean, and the price is affordable. I’ll definitely come back.
